Erik Larson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Erik is currently serving as the Executive Director of Product Management at OpenInvest, a J.P. Morgan company, starting in 2023. Prior to this, Larson worked at Workrise as a Senior Director of Product and later as the Director of Regional Marketplace from 2021 to 2023. At Workrise, they spearheaded the development of scalable labor staffing products and successfully launched a new energy service marketplace. Larson also expanded the marketplace for construction companies in multiple cities and trades.

Before joining Workrise, Larson worked at Dropbox as a Product Lead and Senior Product Manager from 2016 to 2021. Erik played a key role in driving customer acquisition and activation, surpassing company goals in team acquisition and activation for two consecutive years. Larson also worked at Curbside, Inc. as a Product Manager, where they managed product experiences and marketing campaigns to drive consumer transactions on the company's web and mobile apps.

Prior to their roles at Dropbox and Curbside, Larson worked at SolutionSet as a Product/UX Designer from 2012 to 2014. Erik also has experience in consulting, quantitative analysis, software engineering, and serving as the CTO and co-founder of AlderTree Capital.

Erik Larson holds an S.B. degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Erik also obtained certifications in Machine Learning and Social and Economic Networks: Models and Analysis from Coursera in 2013.
