Whitney Washington is an accomplished customization artist with extensive experience in the fashion and apparel industry. Currently serving as a Customization Artist at Nike since December 2017, specialized in creating unique pieces through various techniques such as embroidery and painting. Additionally, Whitney holds the position of Embroidery Specialist at Opening Ceremony, where design ideas are brought to life through meticulous stitching. As the CEO of The Whit Wash Shop, Whitney leads initiatives that challenge societal norms in art and fashion. Past roles include Tailor and Embroidery Specialist at Levi Strauss & Co., Associate Apparel Buyer at City Gear, and Co-Founder and Creative Director of Unique Design Obsession Magazine. Whitney's educational background includes degrees in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design and a B.S. in Advertising and Business from the University of Tennessee.
