Josephine Chiang is an experienced professional with a diverse background in teaching, writing, customer success, and account management. Currently serving as a Teaching Artist at Opening Act since September 2022, Chiang also holds the position of Speechwriter and Social Media Content Writer at the Taipei Economic & Cultural Office since June 2016. Previous roles include Customer Success Manager and Business Operations Associate at Chatdesk, as well as Senior Strategic Account Manager and Strategic Account Manager at Firework. Chiang has also contributed as Community Management Director for Berkeley StEP and Application Essay Editor at Changsha Great Expectations English Training School. Earlier experience includes working as a Client Caseworker at The Student Advocate's Office, Head of Finance and Operations at PwC, and a Summer Legal Intern, alongside serving as Political Campaign Manager and Legislative Intern in New York State Assembly. Josephine Chiang earned a Bachelor's Degree in Media Studies and Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley, and holds a High School Diploma from Morrison Academy.
