Zara-Gray Fouts has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They started their career at Best Friends Pet Care in 2007 as a Lead Customer Service Representative and worked there until 2011. From 2009 to 2012, Zara-Gray worked at American Girl, starting as a Retail Associate and later becoming the Head Events Hostess and Doll Hair Salon Lead.

Moving on, Zara-Gray joined Soliant Health in 2012 as a Credentialing Analyst and stayed until 2014. They then transitioned to VMware, where they held multiple positions. From 2014 to 2015, Zara-Gray worked as a Market Coordinator. In 2015, they became a Data Governance Analyst and later, in 2016, took on the role of a Salesforce Administrator for both AirWatch and VMware's Salesforce Orgs.

In 2018, Zara-Gray joined Abrigo as a Salesforce Administrator and contributed until 2019. Following that, they worked at insightsoftware, starting in 2020. At insightsoftware, Zara-Gray held various roles, including Salesforce Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, and Manager of Business Systems.

Lastly, in 2022, Zara-Gray joined OpenGov Inc. as a Manager of Business Systems.

Zara-Gray Fouts obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Georgia College & State University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Walton High School from 2003 to 2007. Apart from their formal education, Zara-Gray Fouts has also obtained several certifications from Salesforce. In February 2016, they became a Salesforce Certified Administrator, followed by earning their Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification in December 2020. Most recently, in October 2022, they achieved the Salesforce Certified Associate certification.
