Erin Magee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Erin began their career as a High School Intern at Harris Corporation in 2014, where they organized legal documents and created a video showcasing a basis-of-estimate tool. In 2017, they interned at Greenway Health as a Usability Analyst, where they implemented customer feedback, monitored user data, and raised awareness of customer needs. Erin also served as a Quality Assurance Intern at Greenway Health, assisting in automation testing. In 2018, Erin worked as a Research Assistant Intern at the Healthcare Systems Engineering Institute of Northeastern University, gaining valuable research experience. Erin then joined Epic in 2019 as a Technical Service Engineer, providing technical support for the company's products until 2021. Currently, Erin is working at OpenGov Inc. as an Application Support Specialist Tier 2.
Erin Magee attended the UF Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering from 2015 to 2019, where they studied Industrial and Systems Engineering. During the same period, they were also enrolled at the University of Florida, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. In January 2018, Erin obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers.
