Ricardo Martini is a Support Engineer at OpenFin since May 2021, focused on resolving OS issues for financial institutions through a ticketing system. Previously, Ricardo served as an Instructional Assistant at General Assembly's Software Engineering Bootcamp, where responsibilities included aiding students with debugging and modern software engineering concepts. As a Software Engineering Fellow at General Assembly, Ricardo underwent extensive training in web application development using various technologies. Additional experience includes managing operations for corporate lunch programs at Fooda, coordinating luxury tours at Beyond Times Square Inc., and managing the foreign language dining program at Middlebury College. Internships with the US Government and the Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs provided early professional exposure to customer service and community engagement. Ricardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Italian Language and Culture from Middlebury College.
