David Culbertson is an experienced professional currently serving as VP of Services at OpenExchange, Inc. since September 2010 and as a Senior Business Intermediary at Gottesman Company, one of North America's largest M&A firms, since April 2008. David is also the Founder and President of Starboard Associates, which focuses on business sales and acquisitions for small businesses in the Northeast. Previous roles include VP positions at Chi-X Global Technology, Cicada Corp, and Diversinet, as well as VP/GM at Thomson/First Call and Director at Interactive Data. David holds an MBA in Finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
