Kevin Poole has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. Most recently, they worked at OpenDrives as a Technical Account Manager starting in 2023. Before that, they spent several years at Quantum, where they held various roles. From 2018 to 2023, they were a Senior Customer Success Manager, responsible for managing and developing partnerships with large Quantum customers. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Professional Services Implementation Manager, leading complex hardware/software solution implementations for Quantum customers.
Before joining Quantum, Kevin worked at LinkedIn as a Senior System Engineer from 2016 to 2018, providing project management, support, and training for the Content Technology Engineering team. Kevin also has experience at Quantum from 2008 to 2016, where they served as a Software Product Support Escalation Manager/Tech Lead and a Senior Software Product Support Engineer.
Kevin also has prior experience at HP as a Storage Systems/Support Consultant and Platinum Technical Account Manager from 2005 to 2008, as well as at Compaq Computer Corporation as a Systems/Support Engineer V, Level 3 Support from 1999 to 2005.
Kevin Poole attended Colorado Technical University from 2004 to 2006, where they studied Computer Engineering. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1991, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at Texas State University. In addition to their formal education, Kevin obtained a certification in "Marci Alboher on Encore Careers" from LinkedIn in November 2018.
