Nathan Elencweig is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in design and strategy within various industries. Currently serving as Operations Design & Strategy Lead at Opendoor since January 2023, Nathan previously held several key roles at Oscar Health, including Senior Manager of Insurance Operations, where Nathan led efforts to enhance enrollment, billing, and payments platforms. Prior experience includes roles at Accenture as a Technology Management Consultant and Technology Analyst, focusing on logistics systems for the Department of State, and earlier internships at Orbital ATK and NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and has participated in a study abroad program at Universitat Politècnica de València.
