Alyson Clark is a seasoned project and program manager with extensive experience in driving operational and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Opendoor since January 2022, Alyson leads key projects and oversees internal communications and change management within the People Team. Previously, as a Program Manager at Opendoor, Alyson launched an innovative recognition program that significantly reduced costs and increased employee recognition. Alyson's prior experience also includes serving as the Director of Operations for both Your Realty Leverage, Inc. and Keller Williams Realty, Inc., where strategic planning and operational efficiency were prioritized. Early career roles include Chapter Consultant for Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity and Customer Service Representative at David's Bridal. Alyson holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a focus on Advertising from The University of Georgia.
