Jennifer Song currently serves as a member of the IT staff at OpenAI since July 2024. Prior to this role, Jennifer accumulated extensive experience at Twilio from July 2019 to July 2024, progressing through various IT support positions, including IT Executive Support Engineer L2 and IT Support Specialist roles. Additional experience includes freelance photography from August 2010 to March 2020, where Jennifer specialized in events and portrait photography, along with diverse roles in customer service and support at Landmark Theatres, Premier Talent Partners, and Kiehl’s Since 1851. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics from the University of California, Davis, completed between 2016 and 2018.
