Ish Gill is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Head of Support Engineering at OpenAI since November 2024. Prior to this role, Ish accumulated extensive experience at Google from July 2007 to November 2024, where positions included Director of Technical Support for the Google Cloud Platform and various managerial roles focusing on Technical Solutions Engineering across Google Cloud and G Suite. Earlier career experience includes a position as System Administrator at Spotless and as System & Network Administrator at Catholic Regional College, North Keilor. Additionally, Ish worked as a Duty Programmer at RMIT University, where a Master's degree in Information Technology was obtained from 2003 to 2005.
