Babu C. currently serves as a Diversity Leadership Committee Member and Summer Program TA Director at Open Window School, where responsibilities include creating comprehensive orientation and training programs for teaching assistants and overseeing the admissions process. Previously, Babu held the position of Middle School Associate Teacher, advising seventh graders and substitute teaching across various subjects. Additionally, Babu has experience as a Summer Program Lead Teacher, engaging students through themed programming. Babu's background also includes content moderation at GENIUS since 2016, and significant roles in social media at DukeStudents, where Babu significantly increased engagement and mentored interns. Earlier experience includes managing camper conflict at Camp Kanata and lifeguarding at the Town of Chapel Hill. Babu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and History from Duke University.
