Jake Huber has a diverse work experience in the beverage industry. Jake started their career as a Surf Instructor at Folly Beach Surf Lessons in 2015 and later worked as an Employee at Kudu Coffee and Craft Beer. In 2015, they also worked as a Marketing and Distribution point of contact at Nectar Sunglasses, where they managed orders and inventory. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Cellarman at Westbrook Brewing Co., where they fermented and prepared beer, experimented with unique flavors, and adjusted products based on customer feedback. Jake then worked as a Brewer at Edmund's Oast Brewing Company from 2019 to 2021, producing beer for in-house taproom sales and distribution. After that, they worked as a Brewer at Estuary Beans and Barley, doubling production while analyzing sales trends and developing products. Currently, they hold the role of On Premise Sales Manager - Southeast at Open Water since 2023.

Jake Huber attended the College of Charleston from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, specializing in Psychology and Religion. In addition to their formal education, Jake has also earned certifications in Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design from Google in January 2023 and Cicerone Certified Beer Server from the Cicerone® Certification Program in January 2019.
