Vincent Guyaux currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer and Chairman of the Board at Buckler LLC since September 2020. In addition, Vincent holds the position of Business Advisor at FCI and is an Advisory Board Member at Open VRM, both roles starting in 2017 and 2022, respectively. Since December 2023, Vincent has been a Featured Member of the Financial Professionals Coalition, Ltd. Notably, Vincent was the Chairman of the Board at We3 from May 2018 to March 2023 and has extensive teaching experience as a Guest Lecturer in the MBA Program at McGill University from 2006 to 2019. Prior leadership roles include President & CEO at Metafoam, President & Co-Founder of Embrase Business Consulting, and President & CEO at Imaginum. Vincent was also General Manager of the Embedded Systems Divisions at Mindready Solutions from 2001 to 2003. Vincent earned a Certificate in Cybersecurity Risk Management from Harvard University in 2019.
