Robin Terrell has extensive work experience in operations and systems management. From 2019 to the present, they have been working as the Managing Director of Operations at Open Up Resources, where they focus on supply chain strategy and planning, inventory management, and vendor relationships. Prior to this role, from 2015 to 2022, they worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Rasmussen College, where they developed and implemented effective teaching strategies. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Technical Resource Analyst at Chiltern, where they maintained quality assurance in reporting procedures and identified process improvements. From 2014 to 2016, Robin worked as a Business Systems Analyst at Heifer International, managing the implementation of various enterprise resource management systems. Robin also has experience as a Business Analyst/Sales Process Administrator and Executive Assistant at PerfectVision Manufacturing / Perfect 10, where they administered Salesforce CRM and provided executive support.
Robin Terrell earned a Bachelor's of Arts in Professional and Technical Writing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2009. Later, between 2011 and 2013, Robin obtained a Master of Information Science degree with a focus on Management Information Systems, General from the University of Phoenix. Robin also holds certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is PMDPro Level 1 Certified by APMG.
