James Hendriks is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning nearly three decades. Currently serving as a Systems Architect at Open Technology Solutions, LLC since May 2013, James has held progressively responsible positions including Senior System and Storage Administrator and System Administrator. Prior to this, James worked at National CineMedia (NCM) as a System Administrator in Environment Engineering, and at Lockheed Martin as a System Administrator in Enterprise Testing Solutions and a Helpdesk Analyst in the Enterprise Service Desk. James began a career in technology with the United States Air Force as an Electronic Computer Switching Systems Journeyman from July 1994 to July 2001. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
