Zarina Arsamakova currently serves as Associate Director of Operations for the MENA region at Open Society Foundations, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Zarina was Finance Manager at the same organization from November 2009 to April 2022. Zarina holds a Certificate in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online, completed in September 2023, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Chechen-Ingushetia in June 1991.
