Pearly Raynal has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Manager of Operations at Open Society Foundations since February 2008. Prior to this position, Pearly worked as an Administrator at Social Platform from 2004 to 2008, where responsibilities included website coordination, event organization, and membership management. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Executive at Ogilvy & Mather from 2000 to 2003, focusing on public policy communications, and as an Assistant at CREW / IRIS network from 1991 to 2000, handling information assistance, event organization, and financial support.
