Caine Dutton has extensive experience in staffing and recruitment, currently serving as the Staffing & Analytics Manager at Open Sky Community Services since February 2022. Prior to this role, Caine held multiple positions at The Bridge Of Central Massachusetts, starting as Staffing Manager and Treatment Coordinator from February 2005 to March 2013, and advancing to Director of Recruitment and Staffing since February 2013. Caine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Nichols College, obtained between 1997 and 2001, and has an educational background at Fryeburg Academy.
