Kelsey Smith is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, agriculture, and environmental projects. Currently serving as Field Manager and Senior Field Guide at Open Sky Wilderness Therapy since January 2022, Kelsey previously held roles such as Facilities Manager at both Surefire Eventing and Rogue River Equestrian Center, overseeing operations, client relations, and staff training. Kelsey's experience also includes work as an Agricultural and Environmental Project Facilitator with the Peace Corps in Guinea, where focus was on cultural exchange and supporting women's initiatives in gardening. Early career experiences include roles as a Horseback Riding Instructor at Treeline Farm and various marketing positions, showcasing a well-rounded skill set in both management and communication. Kelsey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in International Business and Marketing from Grand Valley State University, complemented by a study abroad experience in German Language and Literature at Leuphana University of Lüneburg.
