Kelsey Smith is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, agriculture, and environmental projects. Currently serving as Field Manager and Senior Field Guide at Open Sky Wilderness Therapy since January 2022, Kelsey previously held roles such as Facilities Manager at both Surefire Eventing and Rogue River Equestrian Center, overseeing operations, client relations, and staff training.
