Michael Malinowski Jr. is a skilled maintenance manager with extensive experience in overseeing maintenance programs and managing teams across various industries. Currently employed at Open Plan Systems since September 2022, Michael has previously served as a maintenance team lead at Packaging Corporation of America, where a successful preventive maintenance program was implemented, significantly reducing downtime.
