Paweł Poloczek is an accomplished software architect and tech leader currently employed at Open Loyalty since December 2021, having previously held the role of senior software developer. As the founder of ArmorLab from December 2015, Paweł has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Prior experience includes serving as a senior backend developer at RTB House, a head of software development at E Net Production, and various roles in PHP development at E Net Production, JOBS.PL S.A., and Marcom Interactive. Paweł is pursuing education at Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University w Nowym Sączu since 2020 and has prior education from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach.
