Teemu Ropponen is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in growth and management within nonprofit organizations and the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Growth and General Manager at MyData Global since December 2018, Teemu focuses on empowering individuals with their personal data rights. In addition to roles at MyData Events and Services and Open Knowledge Finland, Teemu's background includes positions as Executive Director of iLab Liberia, Project Manager at the Ministry of Justice Finland, and Business Development Director at Satama. Teemu holds Master's degrees in Engineering and Computer Science from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and has contributed to various projects aimed at leveraging technology for positive social impact.
