Agustina Loyola has over a decade of experience in IT support and coordination. Currently serving as Coordinadora de Soporte IT at Open IT since August 2017, Agustina manages the Help Desk and IT support operations while also providing technical training for new hires. Prior to this role, Agustina was the Coordinadora de Mesa de Ayuda at PC Arts Argentina from September 2009 to July 2017, where responsibilities included telephone support for clients and distributors, incident management, and ticket follow-ups. Agustina holds a degree in Técnica en Armado y Reparación de PC/Redes from Inetec, completed in 2007, and has foundational education from Normal Superior N°6 between 2002 and 2007.
