Juan Trinidad currently serves as the Manager of Investments at Open House Co., Ltd., focusing on multifamily and build-to-rent projects since October 2023. Previously, Juan held various positions at Empire Communities from May 2021 to July 2023, including Senior Manager and Manager of Acquisitions, specializing in Empire Rental Living. A strong foundation in acquisitions and asset management was developed during tenures at Hunt Capital Partners, LLC, and JRK Property Holdings. Prior experience includes the role of Sales Operations Analyst at RxVantage. Juan holds a Master of Real Estate Development from USC and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University Bloomington.
