Nicola Wason has a strong background in program management and technology service management. Most recently, they worked as an Agile Delivery Lead at Open GI since May 2021. Prior to that, they were with Vitality as a Program Lead from October 2018 to April 2021, where they held various roles including Digital Program Lead, Cyber Security Program Lead, and Rules Engine Invoicing Project Manager. They also served as a Program Relationship Manager at RBS from August 2017 to August 2018, working on the Regulatory Ring Fencing Change Program. Earlier in their career, they held positions at RBS Global Banking and Markets and Royal Bank of Scotland Investment Bank, primarily focusing on technology program and service management. Their experience includes roles such as Technology Program Service Manager and Program Workstream Lead. Prior to their tenure at RBS, they worked as a Client Service Manager at EDS Group on the DWP account.
