Sophie Paterson is an experienced project coordinator with a focus on sustainable food and community development. Currently engaged with Food Data Collaboration, Open Food Network, and Food Plymouth, Sophie oversees projects that strengthen local food economies and promote sustainable practices. Previous roles include Project Coordinator at Sustenance Partners, Co-Director at Lowimpact.org, and Learning Facilitator at the School for Social Entrepreneurs Dartington. Sophie's management experience extends to oversight of language promotion initiatives as Consortium Project Manager for Routes into Languages North East. Sophie holds a BA Honours in Arabic Studies from The University of Manchester and a Postgraduate Certificate in Project Management from Northumbria University, along with additional qualifications in Arabic Language and natural building.
