Serena Agresti is the Head of Governance & Portfolio Management at Open Fiber and also holds the title of ICT Manager. Prior to this, Serena worked as a Manager at Business Integration Partners, the largest Italian management consulting firm. Serena also gained experience as a Junior Consultant at Ernst & Young, focusing on Risk Assessments and IT audits. Serena holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and recently completed an Executive MBA from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
