Giuseppe Franco is a Network & Operation Specialist at Open Fiber since June 2023, responsible for 24/7 network monitoring and management of the national backbone transport network and regional connections using WDM technologies. Previously, Giuseppe held various technical support roles at Alosys Communications from November 2019 to June 2023, providing first and second-level support for Fastweb and ENI, managing enterprise client ticketing, and ensuring effective customer care for Fastweb Business. Earlier experience includes a position in O&M and Transport Network at Aubay Italia, focusing on second-level fault analysis for mobile networks, and a junior consultant role at Gabetti Franchising Agency. Giuseppe holds a diploma in Computer Science and Telecommunications from I.I.S. Tommaso Salvini and completed studies at Luiss Business School in 2019.
