Jazmine Dowdley is an experienced program manager currently overseeing operations at Open Doors Academy since September 2020, with previous roles as a programming coordinator. Jazmine served as a CWSP Workplace Development Coach at Saint Martin de Porres High School from July 2022 to March 2023 and worked as an office manager at CENTERS, LLC, where daily office processes for Cleveland State University Recreation Services were managed. Notable accomplishments include establishing the first cheerleading program at Cleveland Metropolitan School District, coaching student-athletes, and driving sales and operations in various management positions at Forever 21. Jazmine began as a sales associate and advanced through the ranks during a tenure of nearly three years. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cleveland State University and studies at Kent State University.
