Vivian Cho is a Managing Civil Litigation Attorney at Open Door Legal, specializing in representing low-income clients in various civil litigation matters, including premises liability and personal injury, since September 2021. Previously, Vivian held positions as a Civil Litigation Fellow, Law Clerk at Root & Rebound, and Trial Advocacy Fellow at the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, gaining extensive experience in legal research, drafting, and client advocacy. Vivian graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where notable achievements included receiving the award for Best Student Article in 2021 and serving as a senior staffer on the USF Law Review. With a background in physical therapy, including a Master's degree from Western University, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo, Vivian combines legal expertise with a strong foundation in healthcare services.
