Lindsay Gaschnitz, CPHR, currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Open Door Group since February 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources management from previous roles, including Human Resources Manager at School District #8 (Kootenay Lake) and various positions at the Regional District of Central Kootenay, where responsibilities included Human Resources Advisor and Human Resources & OHS Technician. Previous roles also encompass management positions in retail and food service, showcasing a diverse background that includes Store Manager roles at Warehouse One and Mountain Baby, along with event coordination and management in the hospitality sector. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of General Studies from The University of British Columbia, an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Selkirk College, a University Certificate in Human Resources and Labour Relations from Athabasca University, and a Certificate in Event Management from Mount Royal University.
