Kevin Burns currently serves as the President of TranServ International since January 2006 and holds the position of Vice President at OATI since December 1998. Previously, Kevin worked as a Business Analyst for the Mid Continent Area Power Pool from April 1989 to December 1998 and as a System Analyst at Northern States Power from August 1987 to April 1989. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Real Time Analyst at San Diego Gas & Electric from January 1986 to August 1987 and various positions at Minnesota Power from August 1973 to December 1985. Kevin Burns completed education at the University of Minnesota Duluth from 1980 to 1984.
