Henriette Vermaas has extensive experience in healthcare and support services, starting as a ziekenverzorgster at Verpleeghuis de Lichtenberg from August 1989 to January 1994, where responsibilities included setting up night care and working in intensive day care and treatment. Henriette then served as a ziekenverzorgende at HC Rumke groep from July 1994 to December 1997, followed by a role as begeleider at Thuis in Wonen from January 1998 to January 2001, focusing on individuals with acquired and congenital brain injuries. From June 2003, Henriette has worked as an administratief medewerker at Opella, while also holding the position of gezinshuisouder at Intermetzo from June 2008 to September 2018 and establishing a gezinshuis at 's Heeren Loo in October 2018, which continues to the present.
