Neila Hamadache is currently the Regional Delegate for Île-de-France at Opco Atlas, overseeing a team of Employment and Training Advisors and Apprenticeship Developers, while supporting financial services and consulting firms in developing their skills management strategies and training project financing. Previously, Neila served as Training Delegate at Numeum, where engagement in industry negotiations and governance activities for the professional branch was a key focus. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager for Employment/Training at Fafiec, where Neila coordinated sectoral employment and training studies and acted as a Training Advisor, assisting various companies in managing their training plans. Neila holds a Master 2 (M2) in International Law and Political Science from Université Paris Nanterre, earned between 1999 and 2006.
