Lorelle Bethany Fickes currently serves as a Community Integration Facilitator at OPARC, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in Southern California since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Job Developer and Behavioral Health Technician at Helping Hearts, where focus was on transitional living for adults with severe mental illness. Additional experience encompasses positions as Community Liaison, Vocational Skills Trainer, Case Manager, and working with various organizations such as Helping Hearts Association, Fontana Resources at Work, and Inland Valley Recovery Services. Lorelle has pursued education at Crafton Hills College and InterCoast Colleges-Riverside, enhancing skills relevant to this field.
