Jauhar Bakti Waringkas is a skilled professional with extensive experience in merchant acquisition and training. Currently serving as a Merchant Trainer Specialist at Opaper App since August 2022, Jauhar facilitates the incubation and onboarding of new sellers while supporting the sales team in establishing stores and managing inventory. Previously, Jauhar held roles as a Merchant Acquisition Specialist at Opaper App, Senior Agent Manager at PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk, and Account Officer at PermataBank. Additionally, Jauhar gained experience in user acquisition at SOCASH PTE LTD and founded a specialized food stall called mamayuk.id. Jauhar also contributed to academia as an Assistant Lecturer at Institut Pertanian Bogor, where the focus was on regional planning development. Jauhar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Land Resource Management from IPB University.
