John Wahlquist is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and information systems security. Currently serving as an Operation Engineer at SAIC since August 2021, John is responsible for identifying risks and developing technical solutions to maintain accreditation during the A&A process. In addition, John has been an Information System Security Engineer at OpalSoft since November 2016 and previously held the role of Director of Technology at eMedical Systems INC from January 2009 to November 2012, focusing on software development with a keen emphasis on security protocols. John also served as a Systems Engineer at Systems Design from August 1992 to 2008, leading a design team for software projects. John holds the CISSP certification from (ICS)2, attained in 2012, underscoring a commitment to maintaining high standards in information security.
