Kristen Logan is a Registered Dietitian with significant experience in school nutrition and healthcare. Since February 2013, Kristen has worked at Opaa! Food Management, where responsibilities include designing school menus that adhere to USDA guidelines, collaborating with vendors for nutritious food options, managing social media for the company, and training school district directors on updated meal guidelines. Prior to this role, Kristen served at SSM Health Care from September 2009 to February 2013, focusing on nutritional analysis and menu development tailored to patients' dietary restrictions while collaborating with medical teams to ensure dietary recommendations met individual patient needs. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Science with an emphasis in Dietetics from the University of Missouri-Columbia, which was earned between 2004 and 2009.
