David Howard has extensive experience in educational leadership and business development. Currently serving as a Business Development Associate at Opaa! Food Management since July 2021, David previously held the position of Superintendent at USD 458 Basehor-Linwood for 14 years, overseeing a district with approximately 2,300 students. David's earlier roles include Superintendent/Principal at USD 401 Chase/Raymond and Teacher/Coach at USD 355 Ellinwood and USD 481 Rural Vista. David holds a Master of Science in Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in History, both from Fort Hays State University.
