Minna Kuusio is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial and legal sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Officer at OP Financial Group since August 2021, Minna has held key compliance leadership positions at Privanet Group Oyj and Alexandria Pankkiiriliike, and has worked as a Compliance Officer for Ilmarinen and OP-Pohjola Group Central Cooperative. Prior to these roles, Minna practiced law as an Attorney at Law, focusing on various legal areas including insolvency and commercial law. Minna holds an Executive MBA from Aalto University, an LL.M in Contract and Commercial Law from the University of Helsinki, and a Master of Laws from the University of Turku.
