Romit Amgai has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as an Intern at Nepal Bank Limited in 2015. Later, they worked at CloudFactory as a Data Entry Clerk and Team Leader from 2012 to 2016. In 2013, Romit joined the Rotaract Club of Kathmandu as an IT Officer, responsible for technical development and management of the club's website and online presence. They then took on roles such as International Service Director, Club Service Director, Secretary, and Vice President within the club, showcasing their leadership skills and involvement in international projects and events. In 2015, Romit joined Leapfrog Technology, Inc. as a Trainee and gradually progressed to the roles of Associate Software Engineer, Software Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer. At OOZOU, Romit has been a Web Developer since 2019 and recently became the Lead Web Developer in March 2022. Throughout their work experience, Romit has gained expertise in web development and software engineering, demonstrated leadership abilities, and acquired skills in data entry and team management.

Romit Amgai completed their high school education in Science at Goldengate International College from 2008 to 2011. Romit then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the Advanced College of Engineering and Management, graduating in 2015. In addition to their academic achievements, Romit obtained a certification called "Locus Technical Fest 2015 (2nd Position in StartUp Category)" in February 2015.
