Ghazal Ghaysar has been working in the field of clinical communication since 2014. Ghazal began their career as a School Counselor at Outreach Concern in 2014. In 2015, they took on the role of Psychological Assistant at UCI Department of Psychiatry, where they worked directly with children and adolescents ages 4 to 18, administering tests, scoring and analyzing data, and participating in weekly rounds. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Clinician at the Institute for Multicultural Counseling & Education Services, where they received APA Accredited clinical training and worked in many domains of professional practice. Since 2018, Ghazal has been the Director of Clinical Communication at OOTify, working closely with the CMO to devise clinical communication, leading provider outreach and sales initiatives, and reviewing and refining clinical communication across all marketing materials and initiatives. Additionally, since 2018, they have held the role of Psychological Assistant in a Private Practice.
Ghazal Ghaysar has a background in Clinical Forensic Psychology and Clinical Psychology. Ghazal obtained their degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology between 2013 and 2017. Ghazal has also obtained certifications from the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, Imces, International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Inc., and Sovereign Health.
