Agnes van der Wel serves as a Programma manager innovatie at Oosterlengte since May 2023, while also holding the position of leidinggevende werken dagbesteding en leren Cosis and projectleider Cosis rookvrij at Cosis since January 2020. With extensive experience at NOVO since January 2007, Agnes has held various roles including Zorgposthoofd and teamcoordinator, managing multiple residential and day activity locations. Prior to NOVO, Agnes worked as a zorgcoordinator at de Trans from December 2001 to April 2007. Academically, Agnes holds a Master in Healthy Ageing from Hanze (2020-2022), a diploma in Innovation and Business Development from AOG School of Management (2017), a Green Belt in Lean from Lean Consultancy Group, and a BS in both MIZ and HBO-V from Hanzehogeschool Groningen.
