Ron van der Kolk is a seasoned professional in business development and marketing with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Business Development professional at Oost NL since January 2023, Ron focuses on enhancing production and establishment conditions within the semiconductor, photonics, and heterogeneous systems sectors. Prior to this role, Ron directed PhotonicsNL from January 2018 to December 2022, aiming to strengthen the Dutch photonics network nationally and globally. Additional experience includes Operations Manager and Account Manager at Sigmax, where responsibility included daily operations and client relations. Ron held various marketing and strategic roles at Rabobank for nearly a decade, managing marketing strategies and advising executive management. Earlier career highlights include managerial positions at Iddink and strategic advisory roles at Thales and M&I/Partners, complemented by a Master’s degree in Business Administration and IT from the University of Twente.
