Inca van Uuden currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer and Managing Director of Transformation at IG&H since September 2024, while also being a Member of the Supervisory Board at Oost NL since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as CHRO and HR Director at Essent, Director of HR and Marketing & Communications at NautaDutilh, and other significant positions at Witteveen+Bos, Higher & Company, SNS REAAL, PWC Consulting, Human Capital Group, and KPMG Management Consulting. Inca van Uuden holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Tilburg University and recently completed the Chief People Officer Program at Cambridge Judge Business School.
