Ankur S. has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Ankur began their career as a Project Engineer at Wipro in 2012 before taking on an Internship with CYSD in 2015. In 2016, they took on two Internships, one with Amul (GCMMF) and the other with Sattva Consulting. In 2017, they worked as a Young Professional for Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society and a Mission Specialist for Industree Crafts Foundation. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Program Lead for CRAFTIZEN FOUNDATION and a Business Manager for FDRVC - Foundation for Development of Rural Value Chains. Currently, they are a Senior Manager at Oorja Development Solutions Limited.

Ankur S. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur between 2008 and 2012. Ankur then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) between 2015 and 2017.
