Sophak LIM is a Technical Manager at NSC Cambodia since January 2015 and has served as a Senior Engineer for Solution Delivery & Testing Billing at Ooredoo Myanmar since December 2013. With a background that includes leadership roles in billing and value-added services (VAS) teams, Sophak has extensive experience in solution design, implementation, and integration across multiple vendors. Notable achievements include the successful delivery and launch of the Huawei NGBSS suite within eight months and the effective management of billing operations with minimal vendor support at CADCOMMS. Earlier positions include VAS Developer at Milicom and Network Administration at KDE Computer Center. Sophak holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Royal University of Phnom Penh, along with specialized training from Huawei University and Ericsson Island.
