John Wang has been a key contributor at Ooma, Inc. since September 2007, initially serving as a System Administrator and taking on multi-faceted responsibilities across IT helpdesk, system administration, and QA roles. As Ooma transitioned to a Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) business, John was promoted to Senior Software QA Manager, where John played a pivotal role in developing the OSS test automation framework. Prior to Ooma, John worked in Corporate Sales at Central Computers from 2005 to 2007, delivering customized solutions for medium-sized businesses and educational institutions.
